1. Orders shall only be despatched if:

  (a) Paid in full;

  (b) Place of delivery is in Portugal (Continental and Islands).

2. The prices of the products displayed in this store:

  (a) Refer to a unit of the specific product;

  (b) Already include VAT.

3. Fresh products are dispatched with at least one-third of their shelf life remaining. It may, however, take some time for the products to be delivered by the transport company. Lactimaf cannot be held responsible for the arrival of products with short shelf lives at its customers or products damaged during transport.

4. Lactimaf reserves the right to review these conditions for use at any time and without prior notice from the User. Under the same conditions, it may also make improvements or changes to the products displayed in this store.
