Like the traditional Manjar da Quintã, the Manjar da Quintã Sheep is an extremely buttery soft paste cheese with a silky and slightly aromatic flavour, thanks to its thistle flower rennet. It is packed individually in a traditional cardboard box inspired by Portuguese cultural motifs.
